Capacity Training is of very great importance
at HCDI. Throughout the year, on all the projects, capacity building
is given at all levels right from the Project Officers and staff
of HCDI to Project holders, GHS, Farmers’ Groups, Youth, medical
workers, volunteers, school teachers, school children, development
councils. Exposure visits also form an important part of capacity
building. |

Today I am very
happy that I have been given an opportunity to send this message
on occasion of HCDl's 10th Anniversary. I thank HCDI for whatever
I am today and for renewing and transforming my life, which
is a great gift. Today through the services/ facilities provided
in my Hostel, my life has been given the right direction.
You play a great role in my life, my family, the society and
the country too. Not the rich but the poor and the orphan
children and |

families are being given a ray of hope.
I hope that HCDI will continue to support me and many more
children to come. I view HCDI as "Help the child and
develop India".
I wish all the best to HCDI on its 10th anniversary and hope
for its bright future. |

My name is Aruna
ben Ruvaji bhai Vasava from Village called Bhavli in Gujarat
.Before 1998 our family condition was very poor because parents
used to be heavy drinkers. My parents regularly moved to the
town for work. Every time they used to take me along. By now
I would have been married because in our area the bride is
paid by the bridegroom for getting married. I had no hope
that I would study in school. |
| But because
of the support of HCDI now I am studying in Standard 8th.
Really HCDI institution has brought a new light in to my life.
In the same way HCDI is supporting thousands of children in
and around our area and helping them for their education.
Therefore I thank HCDI from the depth of my heart and I will
never forget you. I wish that HCDI continues to support many
children in Indian villages. I thank you for all the support
that I have been receiving from HCDI. |
